When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am EST will not be shipped out until next business day. If you order after 11 am EST on Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, will will be unable to make any changes.
RETURNS
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color or choose not to keep your order, please refer to our Refund Policy link below for instructions and our Returns Form.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return your garment. We accept for return unworn, unwashed or defective garments received within 30 days of delivery. For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we will credit your original payment. No credit will be given if received after 30 days of delivery.
